dirt or dust stain on the collar and one of the shoulders i did scrub these to the best of my ability to the point where they aren’t visible unless up close, but they still remain bleach could fix it but it is risky.
also red specks/smears from the ink the graphic is dry but it was in the wash with other screen-printed items, my mistake.
